Facilitation”, “Identification of problem areas”, “Drafting a solution”.
“Beeline Kazakhstan has zero tolerance for corruption. Every employee, including management, complies with the rules and regulations of the compliance program, thereby we demonstrate the transparency of our work and increase the level of trust in both employees and the company. Regular sessions and advice help identify problems, which we address to improve our standards. Compliance training is not just training where basic rules or theories are taught. This includes completing practical tasks, analyzing real cases together with our experts, and exchanging knowledge and experience with representatives of other companies.
I am very glad that many companies have begun to implement compliance and anti-corruption programs. High requirements and standards, in my opinion, will soon become the norm for every successful business,” comments Evgeniy Nastradin, Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan.
For participants from other cities who were unable to attend in person, an additional link to connect online was sent.
Upon completion of the training, all participants received certificates from Beeline Kazakhstan.
