June 12, 2023, Astana. The company provided free services to residents of evacuated localities in the Abay region, where a state of emergency was declared due to a forest fire. Free mobile Internet and communications will also be provided to employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, conscripts and volunteers who are deployed in the emergency zone.

Due to the emergency, all Beeline clients - residents of the settlements of Kashtak, Tipkashi, residents of the villages of Polovinka, Bulak and Ozerskoye, as well as everyone who helps put out the fire and provides humanitarian assistance in the region - have been credited with 50 minutes and 50 SMS to all numbers in the Republic of Kazakhstan and 10 GB of Internet traffic for 7 days.
