This floor features a main entrance hall, a separate entrance to the paediatric ward with air filters and reception and cloakroom areas.
It will also house diagnostic imaging facilities, including CT, MRI and X-ray scanners, as well as a pharmacy and areas for taking blood samples.
Everything you need, right from the start.
The health centre will be staffed by general practitioners, with six consultation rooms, as well as specialists, including an ENT specialist, an ophthalmologist and a dentist. Surgical care will also be provided.
There will be a day hospital managed by a single nursing station for patients.
The antenatal clinic will offer consultations with an obstetrician and gynaecologist, as well as ultrasound scans and foetal heart rate monitoring. There is also an administrative block with a 24-seat conference room for the medical team.
Double A Design Group’s design concept reimagines the traditional image of a medical space. Light oak, soft shades of sage and an abundance of natural light come together to create a warm and calming atmosphere that is comfortable for both patients and doctors alike.
The Paediatrics Department is designed to be a calm and friendly environment where children can feel at ease.
Lowered reception desks help staff maintain eye contact with children, while the warm yellow and white colour scheme and cloud motif give the interior a playful feel.
A separate, filtered entrance hall helps to separate patient flows and reduce the risk of cross-infection.
It’s easy to find your way around from the very first step thanks to large typography, high-contrast zoning and visual cues on the walls and floor.
The wayfinding system naturally blends into the interior’s overall aesthetic whilst guiding patient flows.
A barrier-free environment helps visitors with reduced mobility move around the clinic safely and independently.
The design incorporates ramps, tactile paving and level entrances. Three passenger lifts, each with a load capacity of 1,000 kg, provide access between floors.
Emergency evacuation zones for people with reduced mobility are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the toilets are equipped with an emergency call system.
